I called Carpet Cleaning Heroes on a Saturday. Daniel answered immediately. We scheduled a day and time right then on the phone. He was prompt, showing up in the timeframe provided. He was dressed in uniform, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable. His process in cleaning my carpets restored them to looking brand new. I found the amount of time he took to do the job and the price to be very reasonable. He owns the company and offers other services, including grout cleaning. 5⭐️ Definitely Recommend‼️

The carpet cleaner we had used for a very long time moved to another state so we had to find a replacement. We tried a company last year and were not satisfied so this year we gave Carpet Cleaning Heroes a shot. All I can say is WOW, what a wonderful experience from start to finish! It was very easy to book an appointment on the exact date and time I requested. Daniel showed up on time, was both personable and professional and did a fantastic job. He took extra time to work on some of the stained areas. In addition, he mentioned (without any high-pressure sales pitch at all) that he could clean our kitchen floor tiles/grout while he was here. After giving us a very reasonable estimate for that extra work, we gave him the green light to go ahead and clean that too. Our carpets dried very quickly and both the carpets and the kitchen floor tile/grout truly look amazing! Not only will we definitely use Daniel again, we will also highly recommend him to everyone - family, friends and anyone else looking to get their carpets cleaned. You won't be sorry!

My dog kicked over a turmeric and honey bee salve in my carpet! I called Daniel, whom I’ve never met and he made sure to come over at the end of his day to spend the time to clean the entire room. I thought it would be impossible to get this stain clean but he made it happen. Daniel is the man!

Daniel (the owner) was prompt to schedule me in for a carpet cleaning on short notice. On cleaning day, he showed up promptly within his time window and got set up quickly. Throughout the cleaning, Daniel was diligent, attentive to detail, quick to answer any questions I had, and proactive in providing me suggestions for carpet care and maintenance. He was also nice enough to loan me a fan to help the apartment dry out faster! Daniel provided me a reasonable price without any bait-and-switch or gimmicks. This is the best carpet cleaning service I had so far. He gave a good quote, knowing how mostly click bait by giving a lower price online and when you start getting the service done there are always add on. 1. No rush service 2. Detailed cleaning.. he himself looked every inch for any spot to remove 3. Used proper cleaning agents which are good for the carpet 4. Post cleaning he let the customer inspect for complete satisfaction 4. Professional yet friendly and very flexible to listen to customer I don't usally write reviews but for this service I can easily give him over 5 stars. Highly recommended!

These guys are legit! They actually take their time to scrub and steam the floors, unlike the cheap companies that just leave it wet and don't clean or dry properly, they provide quality service and don't speed through it. They're also very transparent with their prices and don't try to raise the price like bait and switch companies. I highly recommend them!
I called a few upholstery cleaners. Daniel is one who has portable equipments that can clean sofa in my condo on the 16th floor! He messaged me the picture of equipments which I know HOA wouldn’t have any problems with it. Daniel arrived on time and his work is solid.

Carpet cleaning heroes did a great job renewing our carpet which has delayed being cleaned regularly due to pandemic. This "hero" replied to my call immediately, sent me videos for different options, arranged the service next day, arrived on time, cleaned all areas with great quality, and finished the task within 3 hours. His van is full of magical equipment and power to take on the premium cleaning jobs. The service charge is also very reasonable. My neighbor told me he did a great job too for their home. We are thankful for his good work for our house on a busy Sat afternoon.
Carpet Cleaning Heroes is the best!!! I was fortunate to get same day service. Daniel was excellent at communicating his availability. He put down tarps inside the house and wore booties. He asked if I had any special areas of concern. Super happy customer and I will be using him to clean and seal the grout on my tile floor.

Carpet Cleaning Heroes did a wonderful job. From the time I made the appointment till the time they left they provided top notch service. Very nice and professional. Contacted me the night before appointment to confirm and arrived on time and went right to work and when they left all stains were gone and carpet looked new again. On a side note my carpet was not sopping wet like other carpet cleaners in the past and all dirt and stains are still gone. Thank you Daniel and team !
