LVT floors are low maintenance - until they're not. Over time, dirt and grime work their way into the texture of the planks and dull out that clean finish you paid good money for. Regular mopping only does so much. It moves surface dirt around but doesn't pull out what's settled in.
That's where we come in. We use a professional rotary floor machine that actually agitates and lifts built-up residue from the floor surface. It's a different level of clean compared to what a mop can do. The machine works through the whole area systematically, making sure nothing gets missed.
The floors in this space had that worn-in, flat look that a lot of LVT picks up after regular foot traffic. No deep scratches, no damage - just the kind of buildup that dulls the finish and makes a clean room feel less clean than it is. After we finished, the natural wood-tone pattern in the planks came back to life. The difference is subtle but it's real, and you feel it every time you walk across the floor.
If you're in San Jose and your LVT floors are starting to look tired, that's usually a sign they just need a proper clean - not a replacement. We can help with that.
